Aldi store refresh Cranbourne, Forest Hill, Sanctuary Lakes

Ongoing client, Aldi, is undertaking store refresh upgrades to their Victorian stores. Strategic Demolition were given 48 hours to strip out and demolish the Cranbourne, Forest Hill and Sanctuary Lakes stores, just to name a few.

The demolition scope included, internal structural wall demolition, removal of floor coverings, suspended ceiling, refrigerated cool room and removal of shop front fixtures. Our fleet of mini demolition excavators and bobcats, along with our efficient demolition methods, allowed us to meet the tight time constraints of the projects.

Strategic Demolition’s experienced labour force worked around the clock, day and nightshift, for the duration of the projects.

Strategic Demolition achieved a 90% waste recycle rate meeting our ongoing environmental commitment.
