Roof Structure removal and Demolition of Plant Room

Prestigious private school, Mentone Grammar, have upgraded their Aquatic facilities and Strategic Demolition were engaged in the demolition of the Plant room and the corroded roofing structure. As a result of the corroded roofing structure, we had to perform the demolition works using height access equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts and fall arrest systems. A complete strip out of the plant room was completed with all materials being reduced in size with oxy cutting tools and static grinders.
