Industrial Demolition at Toyota Parts Warehouse, Altona

At Toyota Altona, Strategic Demolition was contracted to complete the major refurbishment and Industrial Demolition of the existing Toyota Parts Warehouse, making way for a new logistics entry to their upgraded parts warehouse. The use of our 50tonne Excavator with shear attachment, allowed us to demolish the existing truss frame, roof structure and warehouse façade.

Further demolition and strip out of several sections of concrete slab, hard stand area and associated footings, and staff change facilities make way for their new loading dock and amenities. Throughout this project, Strategic Demolition was involved in the removal of redundant fire services spanning the facility.

Strategic Demolition has used its recycling partners to reach a 95% recycling recovery rate throughout the project.
